[Campaign Ended] Kyushu Recovery Support Discount Campaign Begins on September 24, 2026

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to everyone affected by the recent Kumamoto Earthquake. The Kyushu Recovery Support Discount Campaign is a government subsidy program designed to encourage travel to Kyushu following the impact of the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake. The program provides financial support for travel and accommodation expenses within the Kyushu region.

Eligible guests can receive a 50% discount on accommodation costs, up to a maximum subsidy of ¥20,000 per person per trip reservation.

Eligible Stay Period

October 1, 2026 – December 16, 2026 (check-out date)

Reservation Period

From around noon on September 24, 2026, until December 15, 2026

How to Book

Please make your reservation through the reservation page on this website. We do not accept reservations by telephone.

Important Notes

• This program is not available for business travel.
• The representative guest will be asked to sign a designated form at check-in.
• The maximum subsidy of ¥20,000 applies per person per trip reservation, regardless of the number of nights stayed.
• Children and infants can also be counted as one guest.
• Reservations made before September 24 are not eligible for the discount. To apply the Kyushu Travel Support Campaign discount, please make a new reservation.
• The number of discounted reservations available to our accommodation is limited. Even if you complete a reservation through our website, the discount may not be applied once our allocated budget has been exhausted.
• If there is an error in the discount amount applied through the reservation system, we may request an additional payment.
